We are looking for an 15-20 month lease to start with option to renew at that time if desired. Walking in the main door of the home you find a large living room with open dining and walk out to the deck. There are three bedrooms on this level including a primary with bath and a second full bath in the hallway. Wood fireplace in the living room is not to be used. Off the kitchen you will find access to the clean two car garage. Downstairs is newly finished with a large storage/laundry room, family room with gas fireplace, 3/4 renovated bath, bedroom, and office. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities, solar is going to offset electric to almost nothing. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
