This will require the sublease to sign a new lease, as well as pass all applicable checks to qualify for it. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, 2 beds, 2 bath, Washer & dryer in-unit, gas log fireplace, balcony 1000sqft, Cat and Dog friendly with a great amount of storage space. The water heater was replaced 10/19/19, so it is brand new. There's a picnic area, and playground on-site as well. It's located right off of empire, across from Moe's Southwest Grill near the airport. Rent is $710 a month, and all utilities (except trash) are paid by the occupant. Depending on paperwork available 11/24/19. I do not know the occupancy limit, and I do not know the size of dogs they allow. That needs to be confirmed with the owner.
