The maintenance was responsive, the apartments were well maintained. They were vigilant about removing the dog feces left by the dog owners. We lived there for 2 years, and moved when the pricing kept increasing, however this place will always hold a a fond place in our memories.

It’s very rare to find an apartment community that genuinely cares about their tenants, but Shalimar is that hidden gem. The maintenance and leasing staff are efficient and amazing. The community is super clean. They power wash the floors and common areas every month, they have free coffee/tea available for residents in their clubhouse, they host holiday events. I could go on forever. I’ve been living here since 2022, and I feel so proud to be able to call this community my home.
