I have lived here for going on three years now and we have definitely had our ups and downs in this complex. HOWEVER, I feel as though management does a great job at accommodating tenants' needs. This complex was built in the 60's-- please keep that in mind! There will be maintenance needs! I have found that any issue I have run into has been resolved within a fair amount of time. Marlene has been great and Juan has been an AMAZING addition to the team. On New Year's Eve we had an emergency situation in which our carbon monoxide alarm was going off due to a leak in our heater I believe. Again, it's an old building, and with the type of heating unit we have it's pretty common EVERYWHERE not just at this complex. So I definitely put no blame on the complex for that. It happens. HOWEVER, after rushing to the leasing office in a panic Juan was incredibly hospitable and calming. He got maintenance there quickly. He had snacks and coloring pages ready to go for our six year old who was highly emotional about the situation. I had an oil treatment in my hair lol and he offered to let me rinse it in the model home. I didn't but it was still very sweet of him to offer. Because of the holiday weekend we couldn't get an outside contractor in to do the complete repair but maintenance was able to get us back into our apartment. Because we couldn't use our own heater Juan provided us with space heaters in the meantime. I am very grateful for the service that was provided for us that day. A quick and calm response to our chaotic situation was exactly what we needed and we are so appreciative.

There is more to an apartment than just the amenities. Management plays a big part in how much you will enjoy living here. Juan, a member of the management here is fantastic. Whenever I need anything, he is always right on it. He is never without laughter or a smile . He genuinely cares.
