The Maclellan, Is an amazing historical building with a lot of, Chattanooga charm. With exquisite suites and elevators! A very safe and secure building. Amy and Aris makes it all worth it, with so much hospitality and dedication making your stay memorable, more especially around the holidays. The Christmas tree is always ever so beautifully decorated and tall. Hands down, the best rental property, right in the middle of it all downtown Chattanooga!

Located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, The Maclellan is surely THE place to call home. It’s so convenient for quick commuting to work. The structure it’s self is the perfect combination of historic and modern. The views overlook our beautiful city and all the numerous restraints, nite life and parks that are just minutes away. The property manager, Amy, is amazing! She is always friendly, extremely accommodating, and takes pride in her work. The maintenance man, Will, is a true asset to this community as well. He handles all concerns quick and efficiently.
