This was my first apartment ever - I had officially made this place my home after finally moving out of my moms. Sadly, I had found out I got into a medical school shortly after moving here and have had to break my lease to move away to attend school. If you want an accommodating office staff that will financially work with you if needed, this is your place. I have had NO problems with the staff, no problems with other tenants, no problems at all. Everyone here is very friendly and if you’re looking for a stylish and affordable apartment complex I would 100% recommend Ridgeview.

I just moved in to Ridgeview a few months ago and I couldn't be happier! My apartment with all the renovations is beautiful! Wood floors new appliances granite counter tops. The apartment is nice and spacious! I love that even if you need a light bulb changed maintenance will be at your apartment fast to change it! The staff especially Gina is soo attentive, friendly and informative.
They address all concerns and in a timely matter. I enjoy the fact that they are very interactive with the residents providing activities at the Club house so that we can meet our neighbors. They are pet friendly and have amazing plans for this property.
I don't see us moving from here anytime soon.

I moved in here about 3 months ago and I love it. My apartment is beautiful. So quiet inside, you can't hear what's going on outside. My bedroom faces the parking lot and I have not once been woken up in the middle of the night because of people driving past my window. There are a lot of little kids here and they are so well behaved. People pick up after their dogs. I have not heard any loud parties. As a matter of fact, everyone is usually in their apartment by 9:00. Sitting outside at night is very peaceful. Anything that I report whether it's my apartment or something I see on the grounds, maintenance is on it that day. Gina and Blanca are the best staff and manager I have ever had. They make you feel very special and do everything they can to help you with what matters you have. I totally would recommend Ridgeview as a place for someone to call their home

My fiancé and I decided to move out of our hometown right after we got engaged to experience somewhere new. In our search for apartments, Ridgeview stood out to us and offered everything we were looking for in a place to live: a beautifully renovated interior; proximity to the beach, parks, and biking trail; and facilities like the pool, gym, and tennis court — we’ve really enjoyed picking up tennis in our time here.
Because it was such a big move across the country to a new city, we originally only planned on staying here for a year to try it out. However, it’s taken us less than 6 months to fall in love with not only the city, but Ridgeview as our home. Our last two leasing companies we rented from before Ridgeview were less than ideal. You can tell when a company doesn’t care much about their residents or buildings/communities they manage — and unfortunately we’ve found ourselves in apartments that had little upkeep, poor maintenance, and a lack of communication. However, we can honestly say that our experience here at Ridgeview has been nothing less than exceptional — maintenance is quick to respond and respectful of our time and space, the amenities are always clean and maintained well, communication is consistent and positive, and there are even programs/events like bingo and pizza that make us feel appreciated and welcomed as residents here in the community.
When any of our friends ask us about where we live, we can’t speak highly enough about how much we love it here and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great experience living at Ridgeview! We came blindly from Seattle and received amazing service. One night we had an issue with flooding, which wound up being a pipe leak, the issue was fixed and cleaned up very quickly! Fun times at the pool at grill. Pet friendly! Definitely the best affordable apartments in Seminole!
I resided at Ridgeview Apartments from July 2019 to June 2023. When I first moved in, I felt this place was one of the hidden gems of Pinellas County. It's in a grand location, literally 5 minutes from the beach; accessible to the interstate within 15 minutes; within close proximity to numerous restaurants, retailers, even a mall and movie theater. At the time the rent was among the lowest in the area, however, within the past year or so it has become more competitive with other rentals in the vicinity, but don't let that scare you away. Sure the property is older, however, the units are newly renovated with granite countertops, new cabinetry, faux wood laminate floors, and hurricane-grade windows. The area is generally quiet with loads of kind, friendly residents. Amenities such as the pool and fitness center (even a pet grooming station) are pretty solid. I've never had issues with pests or rodents. However, the most remarkable and pleasant aspect of living at Ridgeview is the staff. The front office staff is top-notch! Stacey and Don are very approachable and work with you to find solutions to any issues you are having with your unit. They are very attentive and maintenance has always been relatively prompt to addressing work orders. I also must commend them on being mindful of my sleep schedule. I am usually a day sleeper as I work nights and Stacey, Don, and Co. have ALWAYS made every effort to coordinate finding a time that works for me to address maintenance, inspections, or other issues that may arise. Without hesitation, I endorse Ridgeview Apartments as a great option for your housing needs. The ONLY reason I left is the need for more space; sadly there are no 3-bedroom units on the property. Otherwise, I'd still be there now. Many fond memories and great experiences.

The office staff makes you feel like family they’re so nice ! Blanca Made sure that we got everything we needed before moving in. Took tons of stress off of us I thank her so much she’s Literally THE BEST. if you get to see this THANK YOU BLANCA !!! Your appreciated. This is our first apartment and she made it very easy. If your thinking about moving here Do it. office staff is great, apartments are beautiful and the location is perfect.

Let me preface this review by saying I don’t live at ridgeview. I took a tour here and when I say this was the best apartment tour I have ever experienced. Not just because of the apartment but because of the staff. Don is a one in a million leasing professional. I have never met someone who is so sweet, informative, and communicative. Not only that there is another woman in the office who I did not get her name but she assisted and helped me before don arrived. Most leasing agents will just sit in the back until your assigned person arrives to give you a tour. This was not the case. Im still making my moving decisions as far as where I want to be located but even if I don’t choose ridgeview it will stay on my list for the future. Im left still thinking about my experience. I mentioned to don that my only complaints were the fact that there was carpet in the living room and not much space for my preferred dining table. He gave me info on their sister company that could meet that need AND had the info for them ready so I did not need to make any extra calls. All my questions were answered. The fact that they are near the beach but are right across from Duke so they never lose power and are built hurricane ready and are NOT in a flood zone. Stellar experience.
