I've had a few maintenance issues, one major A/C clog with lots of water, since moving in 14 months ago and each and every time, Mike, Shaun and Max handled it quickly, professionally and always with a smile! Shaun came out at 10 pm on a Sunday night to handle the mess. The maintenance crew here is amazing. That being said, the dumpster is frequently overflowing and it's so unfair to them to have to pick up everyone's garbage that gets left outside the container. Please have the dumpster emptied more frequently or get a new sanitation provider.

There’s no place like home ❤️🥰❤️ we just moved in and couldn’t be happier! Brandon was incredible helping us find the perfect apartment. We looked at units all summer long to understand the various layouts at the Avalon. Brandon was amazing and knew exactly what we wanted. When the perfect unit came on the market (with a sunset facing balcony👌🏽) Brandon was the MVP and made the application and move in process so easy. So far we’re loving the friendly neighbors, beautiful amenities, luxurious apartment, and safety of this complex. Highly recommend!!!

The Avalon Huntington Station is absolutely tremendous. Brandon Drum showed us apartments all throughout the summer so that when our expected move in date came, we were ready to pull the trigger on a unit that worked for us and we are SO happy here. Beautiful spacious units, amazing amenities and friendly neighbors is what you can expect when you sign to live here. Not to mention, A1 service from their Sales Supervisor, Brandon Drum!

Exceptional Maintenance Team!
I’ve lived in this community for over 9 years, and one of the standout features has been the maintenance staff. Every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded quickly and professionally.
For example, when my washer machine stopped working in the middle of summer, they tried to it fixed within hours of my call. When they couldn't fix it, I received a brand new machine within days. They’re always courteous, respectful of my space, and ensure everything is working perfectly before they leave.
I really appreciate having such a reliable and friendly maintenance crew here. It makes living in this community stress-free, knowing any issues will be handled promptly and effectively.

Mike the maintenance manager is amazing. We are an elderly couple and he goes above and beyond to help us and make us feel safe. He treats every tenant as family and makes sure this community runs smoothly. Mike ensures all of his staff is top notch!

Lived there for 3 years. It was a great experience. All the staff are polite, helpful and great at their jobs. Especially Mike and the mainentance crew. Never had a problem they didn’t take care of right away. Highly recommend this complex to anyone.

The maintenance department is beyond incredible, & your office staff is as well. Mike & his maintenance department aft the reason I am here 3 years.
