Single story four-plex cottages are set amongst 7 acres of park like landscaping. Our well lighted walking paths meander through the community, making the perfect setting for an evening stroll. Location Located at 1475 Baechtel Road in Willits California, and adjacent to the William Harrah Senior Center, residents simply walk next door to enjoy and participate in the various activities offered. A local taxi service is also available for residents. We’re only a 2-1/2 hour drive from S.F. and a beautiful scenic drive to Fort Bragg and the quaint town of Mendocino on the Coast. We are near Lake Mendocino and a short drive to Clear Lake for boating, fishing, and other recreational activities as well as the Eel and Russian River. Willits is also the east depot for the Skunk Train which offers gorgeous scenic rides through the Redwoods and thru lush woodlands and wetlands ending at Fort Bragg. There are several excellent trails and nature areas for hikers, bicyclists and campers to explore in and around the area. Golfing is also a popular leisure activity.
