Extra or larger animals will be considered. Additional 1600sq ft barn/shop and/or 1/2 acre pasture area negotiable. Animals First and Smallest FIXED pet is included in rent. RENTER'S INSURNACE: Must obtain renter's insurance ($10-$15/mn) or rent can be increased and it can be $10 per month and it can be provided by landlord and included in rent.
