Moving into Elements on Third was a breeze, thanks to the excellent new management team. Patrick and Steven are always available to address any concerns, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Like any building, there are occasional hiccups, but what sets Elements on Third apart is the genuine care they show for their tenants. I'm truly happy to have chosen this place to call home, and I can't recommend it enough!

We have lived at the Elements for 3 months now and I can't tell you how happy we are!!!! Love our apartment and the office team is amazing including Steven the leasing agent!!! He always has a solution for things and has a contagious smile! Melissa and Patrick are also amazing!!!! You can see the change that is needed happening with this crew!!!
