Uber and Lyft operate in the area and once in downtown it is very walkable. There is a small private school next door, so you may hear children playing during school hours. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250) and dishes ($50). If additional guests are brought beyond original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property.
