Previous owner didn't fix much and new owner that took over in September 2017, doesn't fix hardly anything at all. From leaking water pipes and leaking roofs as well as pot holes in driveway getting bigger and bigger . A/C units at most apartments are like 20 years old. Yet new owner has raised all rent prices.
