Neighbors are great, and care about one another. Everyone had their own private entrance and patio.

Decent 1& 2 bedroom apartments for lower income seniors. Seems like it takes the second coming of Christ to get maintenance work done. Never get thru to the people who run it in the phone. But my in laws are content. Have coin operated laundry available in the clubhouse. And the clubhouse can be reserved for family or activity use. They are decent enough, could be much worse.
