We have lived here for 5 years. Previous management Morgan Properties had a lot of issues. Since Galman Group took over things have steadily gotten better. In our 5 years we have had maybe three major issues. A leak under our sink, a leak over our shower from the room above us, and an AC unit issue. Both leaking issues were resolved within hours. Ceiling dry wall above shower was fixed within a week. A/C unit was fixed within a few hours. The office called us back within a week of each issue to make sure it was resolved. In 5 years in our apartment we have never seen a single roach or rodent. Maybe we are just lucky but that is my personal experience. Previous reviews say the office is rude unless you are American or speak English. I find that hard to believe as the community is very diverse and friendly. We love the scan card access, and the security guard at night. Snow removal is a little bit of an issue but to a point it is understandable when we have a massive snow storm and have over 4 ft of snow. Overall we are happy. We wouldn't have stayed so long if it was as bad as some of the review make it out to be.

So far, since I've moved in, my stay has been great. You worry when reading reviews of others but quite frankly, it's best you make your own experience. I have not had any major issues. Those I have had were minimal, and the attentiveness of maintenance to fixing the issues has been great so far. They respond so quickly. The security of accessing the apartments as well as the security patrol is an added plus. No bug/rodent issues which is a huge deal for me! Overall I'm enjoying my stay so far!
