I can’t say enough good things about the staff here..Kelly, Brooke, Macie, and our maintenance HERO, Eric!! All of them are kind, helpful, extremely responsive to any issues or concerns we have, and take care of everything flawlessly. A huge shout out to our maintenance hero, Eric. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for an issue to be handled. And 99% of the time it’s within the same day. Our air conditioner wasn’t working this evening, so well after office hours, he came by to take care of it and make sure we were comfortable in this miserable Texas heat. I could not ask for a better place to live, or better staff taking care of us. Eric, thank you for all you do! Sarah Nations-

Literally the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The girls in the office are amazing and have gone above and beyond helping with any questions I have/ request. This community is beautiful and I can’t wait to see everything completed. The owner definitely cares about the property and the quality of construction in each unit. Huge thank you to The Cottage Green family and thank you for this beautiful home and community
