Wonderful place to live. Best managers I have ever met. very kind and helpful and they go by the rules which I like and are gracious about it. friendly maintenance. I would live there again if I move back to riverside. Wonderful grounds as well. cant find places in riverside for that price with grounds so pretty

Casa Sierra is a hidden gem of Riverside! My girlfriend (now wife) and I stumbled upon these apartments over three years ago and love staying here. The landscaping is kept up weekly and there's actually a Koi pond with a family of turtles here! The pool is rarely crowded, even in the summer and the jacuzzi is always available. I actually arranged a scavenger hunt through the apartments last year which ended in a proposal, while doing a walk-through of our new apartment. Upgrading from a one bedroom to a two bedroom to start a new chapter of our lives with the expecting of our son seemed like the perfect moment! Lynette, the landlord, is kind and genuine; she actually helped with setting up the proposal! She was even accommodating when we asked if we could get a closer parking spot to our apartment when my wife became pregnant over a year ago. And Morris is always helpful, prompt, and efficient with any maintenence requests we've had. We love his attitude and frequently razz on each other's football teams. I know in a year or so we're planning on moving out to get a home, but whenever we do leave we will miss this place, the friends we've made and the memories shared.
