Seriously impressed with how clean and maintained the property is! The staff is so helpful, always kind and welcoming. The pool and outdoor lounge areas are so nice and my apartment is the nicest one I’ve ever lived in. The one time I needed maintenance on my dryer, the team was there within minutes to take care of it. Honestly I could see myself living here for a long time! It’s just a few minutes away from anything I need and the property feels super safe. Such a fun and beautiful place to live.

Sham gave me a tour of the facilities. He was nice and attentive and answered any and all questions we had! He was very knowledgeable on each apartment that he showed and the amenities around the complex! The apartment themselves were nice, clean and quiet! These apartments are definitely at the top of my list!

UPDATE SINCE MOVE IN: Move-in day and the process of it all was smooth and not complex at all. Victoria was thorough, walked us through the unit, and made sure everything was a go. I must say, it’s been a pleasant couple of weeks since settling in. The complex is still quiet as it originally appeared (pray it stays this way). You have your typical sounds here and there, but it really is peaceful here. The staff is helpful with questions and still providing exceptional customer service. The lightening over the complex at night is awesome. The grounds are kept clean and we absolutely LOVE our apartment. One thing impressed me was the soft close cabinets. Oh I love that. 😍 Overall, everything is coming along. I enjoy the newness of it all and my family and I still feel secure about the move we made here at Woodlands. Again, I pray we continue to have a pleasant experience. I ABSOLUTELY recommend! First of all, we did not just go out on a whim with this choice. We have been praying and searching for months on a new place to call home. This place is like a little gem you didn’t know was there. All we saw was a young man spinning a sign and it was on from there. I love the fact it’s a small community and NEW! ✨The aura is very inviting, the amenities are beautiful, and the gym is just right. The atmosphere also seems quiet. The grounds are clean and the staff, let’s get into the staff. After making a same day appointment via phone, we went in. Sham gave us a un-rushed tour, answered all of our questions, was very patient, and gave us all the information we needed to start the process. The apartment we toured was actually the one we will be renting which is a PLUS not to mention brand new everything! The apartment is beautiful, the floor plan is elegant, and that island in the kitchen is a yes ma’am! Victoria was welcoming and picked up where Sham left off. She too answered all of our questions and walked us through the process until we were approved! She was patient and professional. That honestly made a difference. Thank you. I don’t care how nice a place is, customer service speaks louder than anything to me especially when you are spending your hard earn money. When I say they BOTH answered every question (and I had a lot). Both Sham and Victoria made our decision to choose Woodlands Creekside easy with their top tier customer service! I pray it continues to be a pleasant experience. Thank you both so much. See you guys soon! I will update once we move in.
