Irvin was absolutely phenomenal! Despite being super busy, he greeted everyone with a smile and kept the energy high. Watching him handle appointments and walk-ins, would have stressed me the mess out, but Irvin was genuinely engaged with every single person, making everyone feel welcome. His passion and enthusiasm for showing us the units were infectious, and he presented everything with such grace. It's rare to find this level of hospitality now-a-days, and for the first time in a long time, I feel like there’s hope! Huge thanks to Irvin for making my experience unforgettable!
