This was my first place out of college after sharing an apartment with 6 guys, and I cannot recommend this place more. The Union is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained; they are very timely to maintenance requests and have decked-out amenities (2 separate pool areas, massive 5-floor gated parking garage, modern fitness center with proper equipment, lounge area, etc). This apartment is in the heart of Downtown Carrollton and right by the DART station, so the community is vibrant and there is tons to do and eat. I highly recommend checking out Cane Rosso (Italian), Babe's Chicken (fried chicken), and Twisted Root (burgers). Huge shout-out to Jesse and Caleb in the leasing office for always being so friendly and professional. From corresponding at the very beginning to the final move-in day, Jesse and Caleb have been consistently helpful throughout.

We’ve been living here for a few months and absolutely love it. MAJOR shoutout to their maintenance team, Jose and Enrique for being the absolute best. We had some issues with a leak in shower and they have been not only quick and kind, but absolutely went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. The apartment complex itself is also really well cared for, the pools and gym and are always clean and the hallways really nice. The front office (especially Caleb!) are really helpful and pretty easy to reach.
