This has been an amazing experience. We have lived here for nearly 6 months and are blown away. You are getting a decent clean apartment for an unbeatable price. Michael the property manager has made a big difference in how things are run.

Literally since the day I moved in I’ve received nothing but transparency and kindness from the maintenance crew and the Manager, Michael. I came across some very minor issues in the beginning and they were resolved very quickly. Honestly, I’ve never seen anyone enjoy their jobs as much as the men here do lol I had like a whole list (that if I’m being honest was kinda nitpicky) and they just came in actually *HAPPY* to be helpful. I read another review that said “the place is what you make it”. Which is absolutely true. Life is all about the *bigger picture*. Yes, I hear my upstairs neighbors on occasion, I hear loud kids goofing off outside & the outside can get a little trashy. Be realistic. We have over 200 apartments and the crew can only do so much. It’s up to US, as tenants, to make sure that we’re taking care of our own homes, outside included. Trash blows up on my patio constantly, so I clean it up! Simple. Trash blows out of the dumpsters and out of the many very convenient trash cans, you see it? Then pick it up! Simple. The kids and noise? They’re apartments! No explanation necessary. Last, but not least, my apartment is beautiful and really spacious! It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, a dishwasher & washer/dryer hookups. I have all new carpets and vinyl flooring that are easy to clean. My walls are freshly painted in a really nice soft grey. I also have a decent size storage room outside, along with tons of closet space inside! I love my home and I’m very grateful to be here! (I’ll add more photos later, if I remember lol)
