I have only been here for a little over two weeks and will plan to leave more reviews down the road. For now, it is important to know how quickly my application process was handled greatly by one of the staff, Gee, even when at the last minute decided to select a different floorplan amidst work and personal time getting ready for the holidays. Gee managed my application and kept me in the loop every step till move in time. He gave me another tour of my actual new apartment before moving in officially. The maintenance crew did a great job of getting the apartment ready with no issues to my specifications. Being paraplegic, I need to ensure I can easily navigate in tight spaces and reach certain heights. My floorplan choice was Tide but nothing was available at the time from the third floor up facing south or east. I ended up picking the Azure and almost signed up for it, but ended up with Amethyst which I believe was a great choice given that I was downsizing and Amethyst accommodates a lot of storage spaces sufficiently. For a single guy like me, this is an ideal living situated in the vibrant area of Riverside having very convenient coffee shop literally downstairs, grocery stores next door, bank, barbershop, breakfast places, restaurants and close distance to the river, one won't even need to drive and enjoy a pleasant walk to these locations. Not to mention the rooftop clubhouse and pool area. I'll go over these next time and share pictures, but for now, I am grateful for the support and very pleasant welcome of the Vista Brooklyn staffs in making my transition easy.
Lived here for almost a year and this is the best apartments I have ever lived in! The staff is always nice and knowledgeable. The amenities are top-notch. The gift wrapping room is awesome and it’s all year round. Just look at the view from the roof top.
I absolutely love living at Vista Brooklyn! The staff are nice and helpful. The new maintenance staff are knowledgeable and quick about getting issues fixed. I had an issue with my sink and the maintenance guy came knew so much about the structure that I learned a few things…lol I love the people that live here. We’re all from different walks of life and just mesh well together. Everyone I’ve met is so friendly and welcoming. Haven’t had any major issues living here. It’s close to all the events, shops and restaurants. Prime location!
I had many problems with the previous management staff for Vista Brooklyn. However the new management team has been absolutely helpful, kind, and honest, Specifically, Alejandra has given us the assurance that we are in good hands living at Vista Brooklyn. Make sure you follow up with management staff for any questions you have, but be assured
they will do everything they can to sort it out, unlike the previous management.

My team member never sent me any information (market rates) that was discussed. It kinda made me feel like my visit wasn’t important or I’m not a qualifying candidate.

Moving in the right direction on all levels! New management, new vibe, new focus on resident needs, cleaner environment, friendly, attentive, helpful staff! All major and noticeable improvements from just weeks ago. The bar of quality and attention has been reset indeed and you can both see and feel the effort being made.
Overall, a great place to live, clean property, one of the best rooftops in the city, quality fitness center, shopping, grocery, dining and entertainment all in a short walking distance.
If looking for a Jacksonville apartment, do yourself the favor and take a tour.

Chose this as the first stop on finding a new place. I was greeted by Melissa and Joel who were warm, bubbly and full of personality. I knew then this would most likely be the place that I chose from that brief interaction. Melissa was attentive throughout the entire showing and knowledgeable enough to answer every question I read from my notes. She provided every possible option and at no time did I feel rushed or not important. The building is clean and nothing gave the vibe that this wasn't an option. I loved the experience so much that I came home and submitted my application!
I’ve lived here at Vista Brooklyn since March of 2022, and this is by far my favorite building I’ve ever lived in. I love my apartment, the view from my unit is amazing, I love the rooftop pool, and honestly couldn’t ask for better neighbors! I’ve had a few negative experiences here, such as my A/C going out, my key fob not working, and water leaking from my balcony door, but this was quickly resolved thanks to the staff here! Trey Roberts, the assistant property manager, has been nothing but awesome since the day I’ve met him. He’s helped me on a few occasions when it came to possibly switching apartments, and even came after hours to help me fix my key fob that got disabled, which is essential to getting into my apartment and the building itself. Cesar who is part of the maintenance staff has also been absolutely amazing! We had a hurricane come through in September of 2023, and I had my A/C unit go out just a few hours before that hurricane was about to make landfall. Despite gusts of wind and rain coming in, Cesar went up on the roof and got my A/C working again when he didn’t have to at the time. Cesar is an amazing person, and is top notch at his job! He is without a doubt, one of the highlights of what makes Vista Brooklyn great. If you guys are considering living here, I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to pull the trigger!
