What a great place to live.
I’ve loved living at the Preston Centre. It’s spacious, clean, brand new, and safe. I saw someone mention that they had problems with management and that has not been my experience at all. They’re always happy to help and almost always here during the day. It’s obviously pricy but in my opinion very worth it because of the safety, luxury and amenities you’re getting. I’m excited to see the pool open. I have very few complaints about living here and if you are looking for a modern luxury style downtown apartment these ones are perfect in all honesty :)
The Preston Centre is a beautiful place to live. The renovated apartments are bright, spacious, and stylish with fantastic views.
The staff is super friendly and always seem ready to help. This is the first apartment in which everyone makes sure residents are happy and comfortable.
I had a very frustrating experience with Preston Centre. When I initially visited, I was told by the assistant property manager, that I only needed to pay a $300 security deposit and a $200 membership fee, and the first three months would be free. However, after paying these fees, I received a lease agreement requiring around an additional $3000 fee, which was never mentioned. Despite being told I could cancel and receive a refund, I was later informed that my security deposit and membership fee would no longer be refunded.
This was completely misleading, and I feel deceived. I have the email correspondence confirming these details, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and integrity.
2024-09-10:
I never received a response from the email given about discussing the matter. Additionally, Drucker + Falk did not respond to a demand letter sent to their regional office in Dublin, OH asking for a refund.
I will be posting a case number for those who wish to find it on a public docket. Additionally, upon editing this review, I noticed a recent 5-star review that looks dubious in nature (in my opinion).
I just check website on different apartment you have you got some beautiful apartment the apartment look big and nice i love to cook in kitchen for my meal prep and I love large livingroom spacious and great bedroom spacious and walk shower and countertop and I love to workout alots i live in Grandview area I been living in same apartment for more than 13 yrs my dream is to move from current place to find a new place to call home sometime in 2025 new chapter in my life new opportunity and new friends alone the way give me insight of community maybe write newsletters about my experience pass through this area for last 7 yrs when I do my workout run the community are very friendly 😊
