The location is great, neighbors are great but property management company could be a lot better. My loft experienced a rodent problem for months. I assumed because the building was older that pieces of the exposed brick were breaking off but it was actually rodents running around. Reached out to management in February to get an exterminator, no one was sent out. I had to pay for an exterminator myself, along with buying sticky traps to catch them. 7 mice have been caught in total by myself and when asked what would be done, I was told that bringing out an exterminator wouldn’t do any justice and that they would just set traps. I come home to two tiny traps placed outside my front door that weren’t set by the property management company. Once complaining again, maintenance came and set the two traps and stated they didn’t see mouse droppings, which was a lie. This place has potential but for $1500+ a month, dealing with rodents should never be a thing

Mice , Bats , and Birds OH MY! All pest issues I’ve experienced within less than 1 year of living at the branch lofts . I have bats on my balcony at night, birds are nesting in the wooden frame of my front window which is causing it to essentially bust at the seems which now allows for flies and insects to enter and now a mice issue! Everyone here seems to be vacating their units and for good reason I’m sure. Good luck living here with all of the construction RIGHT off the balcony of 3 of these units which makes it hard for me to enjoy the space i pay monthly rent for in the daytime with all that noise and dust flying , in addition to it being off 3 of these units it can be heard directly from inside my loft as they are working on the shared wall next door . I’ve been woken up at 7 am to the sounds of banging and hammering , which I i have been hearing for the past 4-5 months of my 6 month residency. Even on weekends and after 5 pm on weekdays No one wants to live next to the construction of a wedding venue with a rooftop lounge / bar or continue to live here once the space is open and accepting bookings
