Great staff, great apartments. Very happy to live here. Maintenance is very prompt, facilities are clean. Mail is safe. Packages are kept safe at the front desk and organized well for pick-up. Leasing staff are on-site, so paying rent is easy, as is communicating any issues.
This is a very comfortable and enjoyable place to live. Highlights have been how friendly and responsive all the staff are all the time, and how incredibly thick the walls are. This is really nice because so many people have dogs. I rarely hear them or any neighbors, and I can movies and music at pretty decent volumes without worry about disturbing my neighbors. Meridian at Braddock Station is amazing!! My friend John lives there and raves about his experience. He often connects with those in the building and has built meaningful relationships. The building partners with a program called “Apartment Life” and they put on awesome events (comedy shows, happy hours, outdoor concerts, paint & sip, etc.). 10/10 would recommend this place!
I have 0 complaints about this property and management! Since day 1, all staff and residents have been kind, respectful, inviting, and friendly. There has never been a maintenance issue left unresolved or a request or complaint left unaddressed. The neighbors are all welcoming and kind. The spacious grounds are always kept clean, which is great for appearances and for the resident pets. Green space is a rarity in the area, and we have an abundance on the property grounds. My apartment hunt finally ended when I met with leasing agent Maria at the Meridian at Braddock. She was very patient, accommodating and efficient to help me find the best apartment for my needs. She made sure that everything was done on time and sent me helpful reminders and information. She expedited the process and with the greatest professionalism and kindness.
The apartment is very nice, and I was pleased when I first entered it as it was clean and welcoming. I’ve also met with all of the office staff, and each one of them are terrific. The manager, Troy, was very helpful, and authorized/facilitated work and I requested to be done. I also met some very friendly neighbors at a meridians social event. Now

I moved in during July 2020 and living here has been a really pleasant experience! It's super close to the metro, the gym is pretty nice, and it's surprisingly quiet in the building, aside from construction happening on neighboring lots (even that wasn't too bad). Only maintenance issue we ever had was with a leak in one of the apartments above us. We didn't even call maintenance, they were already at our door an hour after we noticed the leak! The sunrooms are a really beautiful feature, good size apartments, great staff, all-around a really lovely place to live! Oh! And I've never once seen any bugs in our apartment in the year that we've been here. HUGE selling point for me!!
If you're looking for great amentities, friendly neighbors, wonderful location and an outstanding front office/leasing staff, this is the place to be! I moved in one month ago and I have been blown away by this place. Everyone top to bottom is kind and friendly. I can't go downstairs without someone holding the door for me. The location is amazing, just a short walk from beautiful Old Town Alexandria. The staff, however, is by far the best part of this place. They consistently go above and beyond for their residents and are extremely accomodating. Additionally, the maintenance staff is great as well, I placed a work order and had it taken care of in less than 2 hours. Last, but not least, the amentites are amazing. The Club Room, Dog Park and pool deck and the courtyard are fantastic. I can't say enough great things about this place!
One of the cheapest apartments with amenities that is very close to the metro. Maintenance responds quickly. Easy portal for paying rent and accessing documents. They have community events for the apartment complex which are nice.
