One of the best luxury high rises downtown with a hotel feel. It’s a well kept beautiful building and the leasing/maintenance (even custodial staff) was always helpful and always friendly. I have no complaints during my time renting here.

My experience here has been awesome from day one! McKenzie was my leasing agent and she was exceptionally chipper and helpful as she showed me around the luxurious facilities. The rent was a great value and they had a first-month-free special, so I actually applied on the spot. It was nerve-wracking to make a decision so quickly, but I haven't regretted that decision since. This place has everything I need and there was never any setback or confusion in the leasing process like I experienced with some other buildings in SD. The policies are reasonable and the staff is very communicative and friendly. I would certainly recommend the Rey to anyone who wants to feel like a king in their own home.
