Our maintenance technicians are fully equipped and operate 24 hours a day to ensure that any after-hour emergencies are taken care of promptly. Village Square is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. There is a $60 application fee per person 18 years or older.
