You will always have some issues when living in a rented property, but how the issues are handled is what matters. When you call with a maintenance request, they come within 30 min and if its going to take longer then you two will have a discussion. I been renting different apartments throughout Maryland since 2001. This is the best maintenance team Ive seen. They are polite and professional. They get in and get out. They communicate very well. Communication to resolve an issue is the key, because Team work makes the dream work. I appreciate them.

A Great Day EVERYONE!!! I have been living here for a number of years. I'm forever grateful to the previous owners/staff AWALT for giving me a Yessss! Everything hasn't been perfect but I'm going to give credit where credit is due. ACENTO is the NEW owners and they are working hard to repair the damages. The staff here is like family so Yesss disagreements take place BUT with the right communication skills. Each one, teach one, and respect shown to One another things will keep getting better and in closing I want to give kudos to Our AMAZING Maintenance Team that's honest, trustworthy and reliable: Lucky is the Supervisor, he has Great Leadership skills, he does NOT think he knows it all, he doesn't mind learning from other people, and he has Great listening skills which is a BLESSING!! Lucky is a Hard worker!! Frank is cool, calm, level headed an all around great person and hardworker. Eric has a great personality, he is down to earth and he is a hard worker, and last but certainly NOT least The New Kid on the Block Max who is an asset to the company and a hard worker. So Yesss tenants previous tenants I understand your comments, I understand your pain and frustration trust me I do....BUT I honestly believe that this team including our Phenomenal Leasing team and like I mentioned earlier disagreements happened but I believe this team is working VERY hard to repair the damages and some of those of damages they may have walked into. So if YOU are looking for a NEW place to call home. Contact Chatham Gardens Leasing staff ASAP!!!
