Got an updated unit. New appliances. Plenty of storage, with space in the basement as well as washer dryer hookups. Office staff and maintenence are friendly and handle things quickly. A small issue with the furnace which did have the pilot light lit, but wasn't heating the apartment. On a Sunday late afternoon, maintenence was out quickly. Assessed the problem and needed a part that they didn't have until stores opened. They offered space heaters until fixed, but we didn't need them. They had it fixed by early Monday morning. I'm very happy with this establishment so far. :-) A+

I moved into Yorktowne in October 2020 and I've never been happier. Since new ownership, there is more upkeep, more units being renovated, and no problems. If something breaks or leaks they fix it immediately. Within a day or two. If there is a discrepancy with a neighbor or dog, it's taken care of immediately. They do routine maintenance for all the units often to make sure nothing is wrong. They are professional and always answer your calls and return them immediately as well. When I moved in my u it was even fully cleaned to the max! As if it's never been lived in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I absolutely love it here compared to where I used to live. The new property manager is named Sara and she's fantastic. She's really been on top of things since I've moved in.
