Owner Mark is great. They are always updating the building and amenities. Mike the head of maintenance is awesome. He is always around to help with anything. Very quiet building, laundry and workout room is always clean and have been updated. For the price it is extremely high value. Any bad reviews are probably from old ownership or disgruntled people.

I enjoyed living in this apartment. It has been under new ownership for a few years. They are updating all of the units and community areas. The best feature is the outdoor area which has grills a private beach and a dock. I opted to purchase a dock slip during my time in the apartment. It was pretty affordable and a ton of fun.
