We have been on the hunt for new space and WOW! We were in for a treat! Aspen walked out from her office and greeted us. We discussed our needs and took us to look at the units. She was very transparent and answered all of our questions with confidence. Aspen is the best!

Brand new smaller complex. Moved in the first day they opened and it's been great. Very quiet since it's a smaller complex, clean, reasonably priced for being new, A/C included, lots of natural light from big windows in addition to overhead lights in all rooms, Quantum Fiber Internet included with rent. Aspen the property manager is the best she's friendly and takes any issues to heart and does her best to get them resolved quickly. She knows everyone's name and truly cares about this new community she is building. She helped make the move in process very easy and stress free and is definitely part of why we decide to move here.

When we initially moved in, the leasing concessions were hard to pass up. I'm not sure what current offers are, but it's worth noting that water, sewer, and garbage (W/S/G) are bundled with high-speed fiber internet, which can save a bit on monthly expenses. We first worked with Aspen, who is an incredibly sweet girl. She went out of her way to ensure we found a unit that suited us. The units are similar, but I personally enjoyed having a view of the trees, which made me feel less like I was in the city. Later, Laura Thomas assisted us with some concerns. She was always responsive and made sure any issues were addressed promptly. One of the things that stood out was how she took action on my concern about debris in the stairwells and landings. She arranged to have the areas pressure washed, and they looked brand new afterward! Here are a few pros and cons from my experience: Pros: -Fiber Internet, basically a gig with ethernet ports both rooms & living room. Speeds were great. -The community is small, gated, and overall very secure. -Most of my neighbors were quiet and friendly. -The open floor plans and new appliances were a plus, and the entire building is still relatively new. -There are grassy areas for walking dogs, and I never encountered issues with people neglecting to pick up after their pets. -The parking situation is generally good. Each unit gets one assigned spot, and there's ample parking even before that system was in place. Guest parking is conveniently located just outside the gate. -The keyless entry system was hassle-free. -The trash area is clean and monitored by cameras, which keeps things tidy. Cons (personal preferences): -There was some frequent door slamming in my building, but this might not be a widespread issue. -Backing into parking spots is discouraged to avoid exhaust pointing toward the units, but it’s something people still do. -In the summer, I noticed a lot of flies around the building, which could be annoying at times. -Lastly, we moved because we wanted a gym and a second bathroom. It would be great if they added a small gym in the future, even converting one unit into a fitness space! Overall, the apartments are clean, and the Milestone team is nice to work with. Laura is very helpful and respectful. For anyone looking for a quiet and well-maintained complex in Hazel Dell, this could be your spot. These are great for singles, couples, or small families.
