Rent for this townhome is $1,999/month plus each tenant pays $50/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for common electric, trash/recycling, water/sewer and laundry. We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,999 refundable security deposit. The bus is available on West Main and 3rd Avenue and the Hillsboro Transit center is about 3 blocks away at SE Washington and SE 3rd Avenue. The property is also right next door to Bagley Park.
