Just moved in here a couple of weeks ago. We needed the apartment quickly, and Linda at the leasing office was extremely helpful in every step of the process. She was very responsive, and responded to our emails even on her holidays, and worked with her corporate office to expedite and to ensure things go smoothly. Also, we had a few maintenance items, and they were all taken care of very quickly by Oscar and Denis. I found everyone in the staff to be friendly and tried to help. So far, our experience has been positive.

I lived here for three years and only moved to be closer to my job. The apartment complex is safe and clean. The walls can be thin, but I lived in a quiet building with great neighbors and wasn’t too disturbed by noise. Denise is beyond wonderful. She knows everyone’s name and goes out of her way to make everyone feel at home. The few times I needed to place a maintenance request, things were followed up with immediately. I always felt like management was on my side and truly cared about my quality of living. Other reviews mention cockroach infestations, but I didn’t see one in the three years I lived here and never ever had a problem with bugs or needed an exterminator. The location is great too - near the mall, near Garden City, and near the train station. There is so much to do nearby. I had a great experience overall.
