5 stars not because it’s luxurious. For the price, the attention and the units are well maintained and the staff is nice. It’s affordable and a 90s modern apartment, living close to downtown Wheaton. It’s good.

I love it here! The only issue we’ve had was the fridge was not working, and it was fixed right away by the maintenance man Alex. The apartment is right by the train tracks so once and awhile you will hear the train but I have gotten used to it and don’t even notice it anymore. The apartment is clean and the bedroom is very spacious. There is a nice courtyard with a table and lots of beautiful flowers. The people in the building are very, very friendly. We have been living here for years and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!
