I recently moved into Altura Largo and I must say, I couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the moment I started my application to the move-in day, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. During the application process, Dezzire was incredibly informative. She patiently guided me through each step, addressing all my queries promptly and thoroughly. Her knowledge and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and pleasant one. I truly appreciate her dedication and commitment to ensuring a seamless application process.
On the day of move-in, Dezzire continued to impress me with her attention to detail. She carefully reviewed all the lease details with me and took the time to walk through the apartment, ensuring that everything was up to the highest standards. In terms of the apartment itself, I have found it to be in excellent condition. The unit was clean and well-maintained upon my arrival. Any minor maintenance issues I encountered were promptly resolved by the responsive maintenance staff. It's clear that the management team is actively working to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of residents.

I had the pleasure of living at Altura Largo Apartments for two years, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. Since the new management team took over in February, I have seen a significant improvement in the overall quality of the complex. Princess Mendoza is very knowledgeable and articulate with her work. No stone goes unturned in making sure you experience is top notch.The pool, which was closed for many months, has been renovated and is now open for residents to enjoy. The new parking policies that prioritize residents have made parking a breeze, and I appreciate not having to worry about finding a spot after a long day at work. One of the most significant changes I've noticed is the availability of the management staff. They are always there to address any concerns that I have, and they genuinely care about making the community a great place to live. The maintenance staff is also very professional and responsive. Whenever I had an issue in my apartment, they were there quickly to resolve it. Additionally, I am thrilled to see the new landscaping being installed around the complex. The grounds are always kept clean and tidy, making the community feel welcoming and inviting. Overall, I highly recommend Altura Largo Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home. The recent changes have only improved the already fantastic experience I had living there.

Been here over a year now and this is the best complex I have ever lived in. The beginning was a little rocky, but with the brand new management team, Princess, Tiana, and Desire are great. They have attended to every need and with the upmost respect and patience. These lovely ladies are upfront and honest about everything. Such a great front office!! The maintenance staff is beyond unbelievable!! John, Jose, Israel they do a wonderful job here. Those three work like a well oiled machine! All request are handled in a timely manner. All in all I give this place a 10 out of 10. The neighborhood is great, all of my neighbors are wonderful. I Wish I could give more than a 10. Everything is getting renovated every single day and beautiful upgrades are being made to the property every day. Come take a look at this wonderful place.

I've lived at Altura Largo for 6 + years.
( formerly Autumn Chase). With new management came new inspiration! Princess and her team lead with heart, integrity and professionalism. Quality upgrades all around, that includes mindful neighbors. I have been living here for 7 years, since it was called Autumn Chase. I gotta say, I like Alutra a lot more. The management is extremely professional and friendly, they do their best to solve any needs that you may have. The Maintenance crew go above and beyond to fulfill your requests. Also, the new parking permits are great as well! I haven't spoken with everyone there, but Tiana and Jose are two awesome people, who super friendly and reliable. If you're looking to rent, try here! I hope to keep staying here for as long as I can! 10/10
Kobe did a great job with removing my old dishwasher and replacing it with a new “old” one. He even came back to make sure it was working properly. He is very polite and concerned about the resident and their happiness. Never had a Maint person so nice in this complex.
GIVE THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE
Listen, my husband and I moved in January 2022. We signed a lease 2 months early while we were on vacation. The unit we chose was a 2 bedroom that was in absolute shambles. We were promised a full renovation because the property was just purchased by a new owner and they assured everything would be better. (Bet you thought it was about to get bad!) Nope, we moved into a gorgeous 2 bedroom and had a lovely first year. The entire complex got a face-lift; structural, paint, and landscape.
Recently, the entire leasing office crew was replaced. The previous crew was not good. (Most of the past reviews are referring to the trash employees that were scamming and ripping people off in the past.) The leasing team running this place now; Princess, Tianna, and Desire are second to none! They actually care about the tenants and make life here comfortable and homey. The rest of the team (maintenance) John, José, Israel, Colby, and Jeremy are the most professional and friendly crew I've had the pleasure of recieving service from. "Problem? No problem, be there tomorrow!"
This place just gets better and better! Week after week the improvements keep coming. Two months ago we got a pool that is what you would expect in a luxury hotel. Last month we got all new landscaping. This week we are getting paved walk-ways throughout the property. A new gym is soon to come.
I could go on. This is not the place portrayed in the terrible reviews from the past. Everything has changed here! New everything, inside and out. A genuinely lovely place to call home. ❤️
