Where to start… For move in day, they told us our apartment would be unlocked with the keys inside. Well, our unit was locked and we had to wait over 2.5 hours for them to bring keys. What did we get in return? A “sorry” that’s it, as we had to rush to still meet the deadline to return our moving truck. How about amenities? The gym is tiny for a complex this size, and they charge you a $19/month rate for “common area utilities”. Also be prepared to be charged an extra $5.25 and $7.35 a month for “door security” and “service fees”. What about indoor parking? Get ready to be charged $100 when some other leases were $75. Thinking about moving out? Be prepared to get nickeled and dimed for everything. We had to pay $521 in cleaning/repair fees when 2 people spent over 5 hours on hands and knees cleaning every inch of the place. The paint on the walls is the cheapest stuff I’ve ever seen and flakes off, they will charge you damages for that too. We are relieved to have left this place!
