After a very thorough tour of The View at Hotel Concord, I have nothing but positive feedback! Such an amazing restoration of a historic Downtown building; one in which I would feel very fortunate to call home. When I am able to downsize, this would be an ideal living space! From the stunning views to the detailed workmanship, this place is a gem!

I am actually a Commercial Tenant in The Hotel Concord and know very well that the owners have been moving forward with a recycling container and have been for a few months now. Maybe this unknown to most tenants but the dumpster pad in the back lot hosts 2 containers currently, one is the apartments and commercial spaces and the other is our neighbors, Central United Methodist Church. They have been able to use this pad for a few years while construction was going on and have been asked to make other arrangements so that the new owners can add recycling. I am sure everyone can appreciate giving them time to make this happen since they have been there for years and it is a process that takes some time. So I do know that it has nothing to do with expense. I also have damage to my venue that is needing repair and although I would love for it to already be repaired I realize it takes time when handling an insurance claim.
