I haven't gotten to move in yet (hopefully this Saturday), but leasing the apartment has been smooth sailing thanks to Michelle. She has made the whole experience an absolute breeze (lake jokes). I've been apartment hunting for about 2 weeks and I've talked to every property in and around Conroe, just about, and Capri takes the cake. This is very nice place to live: clean, quiet, perfect for families and young couples. The service is great! The stuff at club house is very attentive and professional. If you need any help, you might ask for Kelly, Savannah or Brandy. These young ladies know how to make your moving easy and comfortable. I just renewed my lease for another year!
