Lovely large windows. Nice view of Memorial Auditorium and the old Boys Club from our window. Upgraded moldings, wood laminate flooring, large closets, higher end appliances. Friendly community, attentive maintenance, key fob entry, and nice lounge for entertaining. They did a great job converting the old Voke High School. The courtyard has a lovely lush lawn for using, not just looking. Walking distance to restaurants, Worcester Common, DCU Center, Mechanics Hall, Hanover Theater, even Shrewsbury Street! A couple of grocery stores only 1.25 miles away. Being near Lincoln Square, there are ambulances, police and fire trucks going by. If you don't like the sounds of the city, you might need to keep your windows closed and use your built in air conditioner.

So happy to be apart of this community. The management team is probably the best I have worked with and witnessed. Carmelo was the biggest and best help in the whole process. So appreciative of everything he did as well as the rest of the management staff. Also, maintenance is top notch!
