So far my husband and I have lived here about four months and it’s been good! I feel like it’s a bit of a hidden gem for apartments in the Dakota county area! Rent is a REALLY great price for all of what you get in comparison to all the other apartments in the area! There is in unit laundry, central air, it’s updated, and an above ground garage comes with your unit! Management has completed all of our requests in a timely manner, the community has been quiet, the area in Eagan is great, pet friendly buildings, and just enough room. Highly would recommend from our experience so far!!!

I have really enjoyed my time living here! The property management has been wonderful to work with and they are always on top of their maintenance and notifying residents of anything that may affect them. The few maintenance issues we’ve submitted have always been followed up with a call 20-30 minutes later, letting us know they’ve received it and if we need assistance ASAP or what we can do in the mean time and that maintenance will be out first thing available. You don’t always find that! I’ve also enjoyed they have cat-only buildings. It’s been incredibly nice in keeping properties quiet, not listening to 8-hours of separation anxious dogs barking like you may in other complexes. 🙂
