We had the pleasure of touring The 508 West today. Taylor, the property manager was very accommodating with our schedule. I was impressed with all the amenities they offered including an impressive rooftop lounge, pet spa, additional resident storage and a great workout room. We at Brumback are excited to be in the final stages of finishing the 508 West Apartment project in Spokane. We've transformed an old medical office building and attached garage structure into a beautiful and innovative 118 unit, 10 story mixed use apartment. Complete with all the modern day amenities including the best view of the City, our Sky Lounge. Now pre-leasing for an expected March occupancy!

We had the opportunity to look at the new apartments available at The 508 West last weekend. I was impressed with the loft style apartments. All of them are new and ready to rent. I hear the renovations took longer than expected, but the wait is well worth it. The amenities like the dog wash, Amazon deliveries, and fitness center are a nice bonus. They even have small office or study rooms if you need quite. Most of what I will need is within walking or biking distance. They even have a secure place to store by bike!

Huge vacancy at this building due to the crazy rent prices. Studio units going for $1,650 + parking + $125.00 water/trash. They are trying to lure in renters with two months free, so $1,375, but I can assure you that your renewal notice will be $1,650 x 10% not the $1,375. Then most windows have tiny jail-sized windows.
