Monthly. 2 cats max. Pets are limited by size and breed and are subject to Management approval. There is a limit of two animals per apartment. A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

Moved to AMLI Arts Center two months ago, and have loved every part about staying here. The front desk is always so helpful, remember who I am and go there extra mile. After a lot of moving around the past year, I’ve definitely found a place I am happy to call home. Great amenities, rooftop view, gorgeous pool, games/chill room, awesome gym and more! Would definitely recommend staying here. (Also super close to the highway, which makes it super easy getting to/from work!)

If an experience is what you’re looking for then this is the place for you. When you walk in you are immediately greeted with warm and welcoming smiles from the concierge. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Being they are the first representation you see for the property it made the decision much easier because the customer service was immaculate. If you’re thinking about this property just do it!
