Pets are limited by size and breed and are subject to Management approval. There is a limit of two animals per apartment. A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

This process was genuinely seamless. Alexandria Mills made everything so easy and wasn't just a great leasing agent but an awesome person to work with in general. I don't think me or my brother ever waited longer than 20 minutes for an email response about our questions regarding the onboarding process (Which again, was SEAMLESS). The maintenance group here is second to none, the only issue we had was with some of our appliances and within one day the whole washer got replaced AND it looks like we are getting a new fridge as well. Speaking for me and my brother both, we have had an awesome experience thus far with AMLI Parkside and absolutely love the new place. Y'all are great, thank you!

We love living at Amli Parkside. Our view and balcony overlooking the park is impossible to beat! Olivia at the leasing office is a gem. Thanks to her attentiveness and hard work, we will be staying another year at Amli Parkside.
