We moved here in May and have had the best summer! The pool has been great, everyone is nice and friendly! The staff have amazing communication with the residents and truly care about the safety and well-being of everyone who lives here. The walkability with my dog is awesome! I am so happy I made the decision to move to Gettysburg!

While our time at Gettysburg Square was short, I wanted to put out a review to commend the staff on their hard work and constant communication. The apartments are older and having no in-unit washer and dryer certainly could be considered the worst part of them (due to others leaving their clothes for hours). I have also heard of friends struggling with their A/Cs running constantly (since some have internal and some have built-ins). Other than that I feel like you get a nice space for what you pay for with room for negotiations when it comes to newer features. That being said, the leasing office staff and the maintenance guys have to be the best I have ever dealt with when it comes to apartment complexes. I know that there are plenty of reviews praising the maintenance staff but they truly are incredible and the office staff has always been more than happy to help. Having moved from many states away without knowing too much, we got very lucky with this place and have made friends here who have been with the complex for many years who love the area and can’t complain about the overall value of the complex.
