Beautiful Apartment, excellent area, well maintained and very clean. Friendly staff specially James (from the leasing office) who really helped and assisted me and my husband with our lease application and even provided some recommendations like Internet, mobile provider, etc. since we are both new to the United States. Will definitely recommend this apartment to my relatives and friends. Also shoutout to the maintenance team, they are very friendly and helpful as well. :)

I enjoy living at Modera 55! It’s a great building in a great neighborhood. Everything is close by, Wholefoods just steps away. The maintenance and management team are very on point! I lived in many apartment buildings and this one is by far the most professional. All work orders are done super quick, in the leasing office miss Inga goes above and beyond any time I need assistance. I haven’t met yet a representative so dedicated to the community. Very impressed.

I love it here!! I’ve been here for a little over 2 months and this is the best apartment I’ve lived in (and I’ve lived in several).
I’ll start with the amenities. There are plenty of great amenities like the gym, the rec room, and the pool (excited to use that this summer!)
While the parking garage is an additional fee, it is definitely convenient and makes parking in Morristown a non-issue. There is unfortunately no free parking for visitors, but the garage for residents is split with the public parking garage, so it’s at least convenient (the resident side is secured off with doors with key access).
The apartment itself is very well-maintained, and I am VERY impressed with the soundproofing. That is such a big part of apartment life and I have had no issues whatsoever in that department.
I need to dedicate an entire paragraph to the maintenance team. I remember reading a lot of praise towards the maintenance team in the Modera google reviews before moving here, and now I get it. Rob, Dohufray, Carlos, and Garnett have provided outstanding service since I’ve moved here. I’ve put in a few maintenance requests for minor issues around the apartment, and they have come to the apartment the next day every time. They are the most efficient maintenance team I’ve ever worked with, and are also great with leaving notes on what they did if I’m not present. Thank you guys for being so awesome, it does not go unnoticed.
10/10 would recommend living here.

Modera 55 is a beautiful apartment building that is conveniently located walking distance from the AMC in Morristown and a nice downtown area, has well-maintained facilities, is a large community, and has a paid parking garage
Having a valet trash service is very convenient here

Just moved into Modera55, and Joel the leasing agent was great to work with. He was very helpful throughout the rental process. The building is beautiful, and was pleased to find our new apartment spotless. Would recommend Joel and the Modera buildings to friends and family
Update - Had a small issue in the apartment, and the staff was great. They answered my call on the first ring and sent Brian the maintenance tech within the hour. He fixed the problem promptly and was on his way in 30 minutes. Modera staff is excellent - Keep up the great work!
