If you choose to bring a pet there is a non-refundable Pet Charge of $300 for the first pet and $200 for each additional pet. The monthly pet charge is $40/month for 1st pet and $30/month for each additional. For each pet weighing 50 lbs. or more there is an additional $100 non-refundable pet charge. We do have weight limits for certain apartments and some breed restrictions. In first floor apartments we allow dogs up to 60 pounds, as long as they meet our breed restrictions. In second floor apartments we allow dogs up to 110 pounds, as long as the meet our breed restrictions. Dog breeds known for aggression are prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: Pit-Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Dalmatians, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Perro de Presa Canarios, American Bulldogs, Hybrid Wolves or other dog breeds known for their aggression. No mixes of these breeds will be allowed. If you have any questions we encourage you to call our office. Birds, fish, reptiles, hamsters and other small animals are permitted if in an enclosure. *All fees subject to change.

My husband and I moved here about 2 months ago and we have had a great experience so far. The staff and community members are all very friendly, the grounds are clean and well-kept, and the apartments are spacious and functional. The pool is a really nice feature for hot summer days, especially during quarantine. The maintenance staff, Alex and Angel, are extremely responsive. They completed out bi-annual inspection and responded to a minor outdoor lighting issue. They have always been respectful, timely, and with solutions at the end of their visits. We are very happy here so far, and would highly recommend Autumn Creek

A very pleasant experience here so far! The neighborhood is pretty and well-maintained, and we love the apartment itself. We've had family and friends come to visit us and they've all made positive comments about it. So kudos to maintenance and management who've really worked to keep things looking brand new! The move-in process was also very smooth. I can say that each of that staff that I've communicated with over email/phone have all been very friendly and would keep me informed. They took the time to call and check-in with how the move was coming and if there were any questions/requests I had. So special thanks to Maura, Jessica, and Karen for all your help! :)

I recently had the pleasure of living at Autumn Creek Apartments, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. Here's a detailed breakdown of my time there: Property Management: The property management team at Autumn Creek Apartments is nothing short of amazing. They were incredibly professional and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. Their approachability and efficiency made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. Extremely helpful and well thought-out processes which I was grateful since I was moving back to WNY. Online portal is very helpful especially since I like automatic payments. Apartment Design and Condition: The apartment itself was beautifully designed with a modern and up-to-date aesthetic. It was evident that a lot of thought had gone into creating a space that is both functional and stylish. The unit was immaculate upon move-in, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it a perfect haven to come home to after a long day. My cat LOVED this place due to all the sun he bathed in throughout the whole day (windows facing three different directions). He enjoyed the balcony more than I did. Community: The community at Autumn Creek Apartments is another highlight. The residents are friendly and welcoming, fostering a sense of belonging and neighborliness. Residents can be seen walking their dogs (or a cat if you're me), enjoying a walk, or a jog. The office does host events throughout the year. The one was a great beer tasting from a popular microbrewery. We got to try new brews that weren't released yet! Maintenance: The maintenance team deserves a special mention for their prompt and efficient service. Whenever I had a maintenance request, they responded relatively quickly and resolved the issue without any hassle. Additionally, I never encountered any significant problems with the apartment; everything worked as intended. Definitely the best laundry units I've seen for an apartment; they didn't just go with basic models. Snow plowing is quite prompt (within reason), sidewalks, parking, and roads are plowed and salted. They also give you and your neighbor your own salt bucket and shovel. I believe almost all the units have received a new roof in the last year or two. They upgraded some drains for the roads and have some auto sprinklers for the gardens and yard. This tells me they are reinvesting their profits for their properties, residents, and community. Amenities and Extras: Autumn Creek Apartments also offers a range of amenities that enhance the living experience. The on-site gym is well-equipped and maintained, providing a convenient place for residents to stay active. There’s also a lovely communal lounge area where you can relax or socialize with neighbors or rent for your own events. The outdoor spaces, including the well-kept gardens and picnic areas, are perfect for enjoying a sunny day. The dog park seems to be great for dogs, I've seen many people enjoy it with their dogs. Location: The location of Autumn Creek Apartments is another major plus. It’s situated in a convenient area with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Whether you're running errands or looking for a place to dine out, everything you need is just a short distance away. As someone coming back from DC, this was great to be in walking distance. In conclusion, my stay at Autumn Creek Apartments was fantastic. From the outstanding property management to the beautifully designed apartments and the friendly community, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Autumn Creek Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. I was planning on living here for five or more years. I left due to welcoming changes in my life that required a move to the south towns. Go Bills!
