When I first moved to Woods of Marlton it was hard to get in contact with anyone in the leasing office, maintenance was months behind on service requests, and trash was seen all over the parking lot. Since Ms. Barnes (the new property manager) has started every email that I have sent has been answered, my maintenance requests have been completed, and the trash is cleaned up. Things are changing for the better thanks to Ms. Barnes and her staff.

Moved in Dec 2022. Needed to be closer to family and a a good elementary school for my little one. Very convenient and the maintenance crew are super. Joseph at the leasing office has been very helpful and amazing.
