The service was quick and excellent. The office assistant and the service man listen the problems very carefully and fix the problem within very short time. I have lived at least 4-5 properties in last 10 years and in my opinion, Deer Valley Apt on North Waukegan is the best. Hope, they would maintain this standard of service in future. Thanks

I moved here in 2023, and so far, this is the best apartment I've lived in the States. The neighborhood is fantastic—safe, comfortable, and conveniently located, with everything I need within a 5-mile radius. Plus, the area is served by Oak Grove School, which has an impressive 9/10 rating. I highly recommend this place! The management team is wonderful to work with—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. Thank you for everything!
