I absolutely Love Love Love living at the Luxe! It is quiet and comfortable. It is the most comfortable I have felt any where I have lived. the apartments here have nice size rooms and I don't feel cramped. The property is well kept, the staff are nice and helpful and put on fun activities for the tenants. Did I say I love living here? I really do!

I have been so happy since I moved to the Luxe at Rowlett. My apartment is perfect for my needs and desires. The staff is super friendly and competent. They are easy to reach, even on a weekend. Any time I've needed help or some kind of service, the experience has been great. My apartment is new and has all the amenities I wanted.The floor plan is modern. The management keeps the building hallways, public rooms, and the grounds clean and attractive. The apartment community has a lot of activities for the residents. Because of Covid concerns and my work schedule (I work remotely), I haven't been able to enjoy them yet, but I am looking forward to being able to. The activities look creative and entertaining. I've had occasion to run into other residents in and around the building. Everyone has been very nice, friendly, and welcoming to me. I do enjoy stopping to pet an occasional dog. The pets people have here are quiet and friendly. It is a nice element to the environment. The apartment complex has a library, theater, gym, a pool, business room, community meeting room, and rooms for fun activities. The staff has been very accommodating and helpful. I recommend The Luxe at Rowlett wholeheartedly.
