Jose has been a great help-- I have had numerous issues while moving into my apartment, and Jose has come to help fix all of them. He responds quickly and communicates well on when he will be there while being respectful of privacy and space. Jose also takes great care to make sure I understand what the issue was, and always comes prepared to resolve my problems quickly.
