Love these apartments, pretty nice interior super modern and clean. Cant really get a better location than up on a somewhat private hill feeling the ocean breeze. In unit washer/dryer is def a plus. Husband and I had an incredible experience with Gabriela Ramirez. Such great customer service, she did everything possible to ensure we got the best deal and everything we needed. She is incredibly professional and a great conversationalist. If you are looking into moving in to these apartments I recommend getting set up with Gabby. She will have you covered!!

Our move was quick and simple thanks to McKinna Jaramillo, a community manager with Seacrest apartments. My wife and I felt so welcomed on our first visit… we immediately felt like we had found our home. A couple of days had passed and we were already signing the lease. McKinna helped us at every step of the process and made sure that our move went on without a hitch. We’re so happy to come home to Seacrest!
The complex is clean and safe. Amenities are great. I love the view of the coast from the gym, especially while running on the treadmill. Location is nice. Lots of trails in the area. Staff is great. Apartment units are modern. Parking is easy. It's dog friendly. We're very happy living here
I have lived at Seacrest for over 9 years & it is finally time for me to say goodbye to this place I have called home. I have nothing but good things to say about this community. The office staff has always been awesome & you couldn't ask for a better maintenance crew. There are great amenities that are always nice & clean. It is a very quiet & peaceful neighborhood about 90% of the time. It is an "apartment" community after all. I've always had great neighbors as well. Seacrest is also good with providing community updates. There are amazing views & great walking trails all nearby. I'd highly recommend living here. If you are respectful, you can expect to get that same respect in return. *Photos are from my last night at Seacrest
The management was more than helpful with the moving process, and with this being my first apartment I had A LOT of questions. They made the process super easy, and I'm so happy with my new apartment. The appliances are BEAUTIFUL, and the crown molding is to die for. They managed to make 600 square feet feel huge, and took advantage of all that space with tons of storage, like a beautiful walk in closet! The complex is beautiful, very quiet and pet friendly, there's a huge dog area as well as a little workout place for them. There's plenty of guest parking as well, so you won't have to worry about parking, I haven't checked the other amendment put yet but from the managers office it looks like it's really nice. The pool looks clear and the view from it is wonderful, and the fitness center looks nicer and larger than I expected for an apartment gym.

Nice & clean apartment complex. Lovely views to sunset. Close to San Clemente downtown and Pier. Carrying management. Pleasant landscapes. Decent price for quality.

Sea rest has been a great place for my partner and I. Love the location and the on-site team. Caitlin the new manager has been super friendly and helpful. The maintenance are quick to fix things. Love the sunsets and views are great and the outdoor amenity spaces are so fun and relaxing!
The Seacrest Apartments complex is an excellent place to call home. The apartments are well-maintained and modern, with stylish finishes and plenty of natural light. The community amenities are top-notch, including a beautiful pool and spa area, a fitness center, and a clubhouse that's perfect for hosting events.
The staff at the Seacrest Apartments are incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I first visited the complex, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The management team is always responsive to any questions or concerns, and the maintenance staff does a great job of keeping everything in tip-top shape.
